Rooms Request

This template contains a list of conference roommanagement, the request form of the and the corresponding approval process.

The room administrator can create rooms in thelist. The approved room requests will be showed in the associated room detailedpage. This allows requestors to clearly check the booking conditions of theconference room and decide whether to reserve it or change to another one.

Users can check their own request records in alist and the admins can also view all request records. You can also open theemail reminder function as needed to remind the requestors whether his or herroom request has been approved.
